When you meet Yarden Carroll, you don’t just meet a business strategist, you encounter a force. A woman of regal presence and purpose, she’s on a mission to help visionary women stop shrinking and start showing up fully in their businesses and lives. As the Founder of Crowned Creative™ and creator of the R.E.G.A.L. Offer Framework™, Yarden has become a lifeline for entrepreneurs who are ready to transform their brilliance into premium offers without sacrificing their sanity.
Having overcome personal trauma and mental health battles herself, she teaches women that mental fitness isn’t just a wellness buzzword, it’s a business necessity.
For Vision and Purpose Lifestyle Magazine, Yarden shares her powerful insights on navigating entrepreneurship with grace, how rest is a radical act of resistance, and why being “too much” might just be your superpower. This isn’t just about making bank. It’s about making impact, with your whole self intact.

How would you describe your journey as a business owner so far?
It’s been a bumpy ride but I wouldn’t change it. It’s been peaks and valleys, joy and pain, like that Frankie Beverly and Maze track. Some days I’m flying high, completely in flow, working with clients who remind me why I do this. Other days I’m asking myself if I should just go get a real job.
Entrepreneurship is wild like that. Some clients drain you. Others breathe life into you. But through all of it, I’ve learned to find joy in the process, not just in the outcomes. It’s real. It’s raw. And it keeps revealing who I’m becoming.
What was the original vision behind Crowned Creative™, and how has that vision evolved as you’ve empowered more women?
Crowned Creative™ started as a lifeline for me. After my dad passed away from COVID, I fell into a dark place. I was grieving, surviving, going through the motions as a wife, mother, and professional. Right before he passed, we had a conversation where he told me he didn’t recognize me anymore. He saw I had lost my spark. That broke me open.
Crowned Creative™ was my way back to myself. It was about reclaiming my voice, my creativity, my power. Writing and building became therapy. Over time, it has evolved into something bigger than me. Now it’s about helping others do the same. I teach women how to take up space creatively, confidently, and without apology. Even if the room wasn’t built for them, they belong there. I want them to wear their crown and walk in their genius like they were born for it. Because they were.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and entrepreneurship can feel all-consuming. How do you encourage your clients to integrate rest, reflection, and joy into their business journey?
A lot of people don’t know this about me, but I had a mental breakdown in college. I’m also a survivor of sexual assault. So when I talk about mental health, it’s not theory. It’s lived. That’s why I make quick decisions. I’ve learned that if I sit in things too long, it starts to mess with my mind. I have to move through it before it sits too deep.
With my clients, I encourage therapy. I encourage processing, not pushing things down. We talk about emotional fitness, mental fitness, spiritual fitness, not just hitting goals. Because if you’re not well, your business won’t be either. I remind them that joy isn’t optional. It’s strategic. And rest is part of the plan, not something you earn once you’re burned out.
What is one powerful mindset shift from the T.A.P.™ Framework that every woman building a purpose-led business should adopt?
The T.A.P.™ Framework stands for Thoughts, Authority, and Power.
T is for Thoughts because the way we talk to ourselves internally is either a launchpad or a landmine. That inner voice can silence you or support you.
A is for Authority because you don’t need to wait for permission to show up fully. Stop asking. Start owning.
P is for Power because that’s what you unlock when you finally silence the doubt and step into your authority.
The most powerful shift I can offer is this. Silence the inner chatter long enough to hear your real voice. That’s where your power lives. That’s where your authority activates. When you tap into that, you lead differently. You stop playing small. You stop performing. You show up fully and that’s when everything shifts.

What deeper purpose fuels your work with underestimated women entrepreneurs?
Because I know what it feels like to be told you’re too much before you even open your mouth. I’m six feet tall, and growing up, that wasn’t celebrated. I was made fun of for wearing heels. Told I shouldn’t wear certain things because of my shape. Guys made jokes. Girls whispered. And somewhere along the way, I started to shrink. Not just physically, but emotionally and creatively.
I learned to dim myself just to make other people comfortable. To be smaller so I wouldn’t be seen as “too much.” I hid parts of me that made others uncomfortable. My presence. My body. My power.
But something shifted around 25. I started to notice other tall, powerful, beautiful women walking boldly in their confidence. Not asking for permission. Not trying to take up less space. That’s when I decided I wouldn’t hide anymore.
Now, I use my height as an advantage. I don’t just stand tall. I lead tall. And I help other underestimated leaders do the same. Whether you’ve been told you’re too loud, too bold, too curvy, too ambitious, or too complicated, I want you to know you’re not too much. You’re just more than they expected.
That’s what fuels this work. Helping people stop shrinking and start showing up as the fullest, most powerful version of themselves.
As a business strategist who champions premium offers, what does a premium lifestyle mean to you beyond pricing?
Premium is about peace. It’s not just the number on the invoice. It’s how I live, how I move, and what I no longer tolerate. For me, a premium lifestyle means working with clients who value my time and respect my boundaries. It means having the ability to pause without guilt and the freedom to walk away from what doesn’t align.
I used to think success meant constant motion. Working overtime. Chasing more. Proving myself nonstop. But that’s survival, not strategy. Now, my lifestyle is built around intention. I protect my creativity. I prioritize my capacity.
And here’s the truth. Building a premium business gives you the power to slow down. Not because you have to, but because you’ve earned the right to. To me, that’s the real flex. Being able to say no with confidence and knowing your business will still grow because it’s built on clarity, not chaos.

What is a super fun fact about yourself that many people are not aware of?
Most people don’t know this, but I can name an offer or business in minutes. Naming and messaging come naturally to me. I see the story in someone’s idea before they even realize what they’re sitting on. Give me your concept and I’ll give you a name, tagline, and the brand voice to match.
It’s my creative therapy. It’s the part of my work I do for fun, even when I’m off the clock. I believe language has power, and when we get the right words around the right work, everything opens up.
Also, I’m a true R&B lover. Old-school jams, soulful lyrics — I live for a good Frankie Beverly reference. Music grounds me. It keeps me creative. Sometimes, I build offer frameworks with a full playlist running in the background. That’s how you know the ideas are flowing.
How do you personally stay aligned with your mission when external pressures or success metrics try to pull you off course?
I’ve had to learn to silence the noise. In this industry, you’re constantly bombarded with other people’s definitions of success. Vanity metrics. Comparison traps. That whole “six figures in six minutes” energy. But for me, alignment always speaks louder than applause.
Whenever I feel pulled off track, I ask myself:
Is this aligned or just impressive?
Is this expansion or ego?
That one pause usually brings me back. I also take breaks. I unplug. I remind myself that I didn’t leave burnout to build another version of it in my own business.
My mission is rooted in real transformation. I’m not building for clout. I’m building for legacy. And legacy doesn’t need to trend. It just needs to be true.
What else would you like for us to know at this time? Any exclusive news or offers you can share?
I’m opening enrollment for the REGAL Offer Accelerator, my signature program designed for high-value service providers who are ready to clarify their messaging, package their expertise, and land premium clients with confidence. This isn’t a branding bootcamp or surface-level coaching. It’s about building signature offers that scale, sell, and stand out in competitive markets.
I’m also actively partnering with Chambers of Commerce, women’s business networks, and corporate leadership programs to provide workshops and trainings on strategic messaging, brand positioning, and offer development. If your organization serves entrepreneurs or internal teams that need stronger communication, clarity, and client attraction strategies, I’d love to collaborate.
Additionally, I’m now offering fractional CMO partnerships for service-based brands looking for executive-level marketing strategy without the full-time overhead. This is perfect for those ready to scale but in need of clear direction, offer positioning, and conversion-focused campaigns.
And yes, I am booking speaking engagements. From panels and podcasts to corporate keynotes and community events, I bring both strategy and story to the stage. Because the same mindset shifts and marketing clarity that transform businesses also transform people.
This is just the beginning, and I’m building with intention. Whether you need a strategist, speaker, or partner, you want someone who can turn vision into results. That’s exactly what I do.
