Celebrating the Trailblazers: Meet the Entreprenista 100 of 2025

Dr. Sharon H. Porter | Tuesday, January 27, 2026 | It's All Business

How 100 women founders are reshaping the future of business...

In a dazzling celebration of innovation, impact, and entrepreneurial excellence, Entreprenista has unveiled the Entreprenista 100 — Class of 2025: a curated list of one hundred women founders whose businesses are changing the way we think about leadership and enterprise. These entrepreneurs span industries, geographies, and stages of business growth — from early-stage founders to seasoned CEOs — united by vision, grit, and a commitment to making a profound difference.

A Moment to Shine

The virtual award ceremony, held on February 12, 2026, brought together this dynamic cohort for a moment of recognition, reflection, and connection. Hosted by Entreprenista, the ceremony didn’t just name the honorees — it showcased the remarkable stories behind the brands, innovations, and missions that earned them a place on the list. Attendees also anticipated the announcement of the top five special honors that highlight distinct leadership qualities such as Innovator of the Year, Changemaker of the Year, and Community Builder of the Year.

A World of Visionary Founders

The Entreprenista 100 reads like a who’s-who of women reshaping their industries. From Adrienne Burgos, CEO of CEA Staffing, to Dana Marlowe, founder of I Support the Girls, and Sasha DiGiulian, founder of SEND Bars, the list is diverse in mission and scale — but unified in ambition and impact. Whether it’s building sustainable consumer goods, innovating in wellness and healthcare, or driving financial empowerment for underserved communities, each founder tells a story of perseverance and purpose.

Here’s a sample of the innovators:

  • Amy Upchurch, founder of Pink Stork — championing maternal wellness and support through holistic services.

  • Christina Peoples, leader behind The Amelia Ann Adams Whole Life Center — blending care with community impact.

  • Garima Shah, co-founder of Biller Genie Software — driving financial efficiency for businesses through smart billing solutions.

  • Emma Heming Willis and Helen Christoni, co-founders of Make Time Wellness — reimagining balanced living for today’s busy professionals.

…and many more leaders whose names are now etched into this vibrant legacy.

More Than an Award — A Platform for Growth

Being named an Entreprenista 100 winner means more than a title, it’s an invitation into visibility, influence, and a thriving community. Winners are featured across Entreprenista.com, social media channels, and newsletters that reach millions, giving these founders opportunities for brand amplification, new partnerships, and expanded customer reach. Many founders have noted that being included in the Entreprenista 100 has opened doors to collaborations and credibility that would have taken years to build.

Entreprenista also offers winners access to exclusive events throughout the year — from virtual networking circles to high-impact retreats like the Founders Weekend Wealth & Wellness Retreat in Palm Beach Gardens, where winners can meet, learn, and grow together both personally and professionally.

Why This Matters

In a business landscape where women founders still fight for equal access to capital, opportunity, and recognition, programs like the Entreprenista 100 Awards do more than honor individual accomplishment — they elevate collective potential. For many winners, the award has become a launchpad for broader visibility, stronger networks, newfound confidence, and tangible business growth.

This year’s class of awardees reflects what the Entreprenista community stands for: visionary leadership, unwavering resilience, authentic impact, and a belief that when women succeed, the world succeeds with them.

About the Founders

Stephanie Cartin and Courtney Spritzer are the co-founders of Entreprenista, a leading platform and community dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs.

Business partners for more than 12 years, the duo first met 14 years ago through a mutual friend and quickly bonded over a shared passion for social media and a desire to build something of their own.

At the time, both were working in corporate roles while envisioning a future beyond traditional career paths. As social media emerged as a powerful and largely untapped business tool, Stephanie and Courtney saw an opportunity—and took a leap. Together, they launched Socialfly, a New York-based social media agency focused on helping brands strategically build and grow their digital presence. Leaving behind the security of their corporate jobs, they committed fully to entrepreneurship, knowing the decision would change everything.

The early days of Socialfly were both exhilarating and daunting. With no prior experience running an agency, the founders sought guidance and joined professional business groups—an experience that would prove transformative. Through these communities, they gained critical support, scaled Socialfly to seven figures, and have since generated more than $40 million in cumulative revenue. Just as importantly, they built lifelong relationships with fellow founders who played a pivotal role in their success.

As Socialfly grew, Stephanie and Courtney began receiving a steady influx of requests from women founders seeking advice and mentorship. Recognizing they couldn’t support everyone one-on-one, they launched the Entreprenista Podcast in 2018 to share insights, lessons learned, and founder stories at scale.

In May 2021, they expanded their vision with the launch of The Entreprenista League, a membership community designed to provide women founders with the resources, connections, and support they wished they had when starting their first business. The League became a hub for practical guidance, meaningful relationships, and shared growth.

As the community continued to expand, Stephanie and Courtney introduced new initiatives focused on visibility and connection, including The Entreprenista 100, an awards program honoring outstanding women-founded businesses, and Founders Weekend, an immersive in-person retreat featuring panels, collaborative experiences, and opportunities to build lasting relationships.

Today, with more than 2,000 members, The Entreprenista League continues to thrive. Through it all, Stephanie Cartin and Courtney Spritzer remain committed to fostering authentic community, amplifying women founders, and providing tools that make entrepreneurship more accessible, rewarding, and less overwhelming.
