Maisha Hoye is the CEO of BSHG, LLC which manages and markets Customer 1st Marketing, Maisha’s Lemonade Stand and other entrepreneurial brands. She believes in the entrepreneurial spirit and all her companies are created with the philosophy of Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics.)
Her mission is to create wealth opportunities for herself, family and clients through the spirit of entrepreneurship and marketing know-how.
She started Maisha’s Lemonade Stand as way to fulfill that mission. Since 2012, she has monetized and built the blog up to year over year growth with posts and advertisers that focus on the #HealthyWealthyWise and inspire entrepreneurs.
With her company Customer 1st Marketing, Maisha has developed marketing programs for startups to mid-size organizations, all with limited budgets and resources, in very competitive and innovative marketplaces. Ms. Hoye believes that successful marketing programs begin with the assessment of the business from the customer’s point of view and then develop marketing action plans.
Prior to her entrepreneur journey Maisha’s career in Marketing was all about lead generation and hitting revenue goals. In these positions she also rebranded companies, created marketing and sales processes and her companies won Partner of the Year awards, recognition from state and local governments and Supplier Diversity awards.
A proud Hampton University Bachelor's Degree graduate and proud single mother, she gives back to her school as Communication and Fundraising Chair of the local chapter and serves as President of her son’s high school.

Dr. Sharon H. Porter (Dr. Sharon) is CEO and President of SHP Enterprise, Inc, which is the umbrella entity for Perfect Time SHP LLC, SHP Media and Graphics, and the GRIND Entrepreneur Network. She is a Founding Partner of The What Now Movement, Vice-President of Marketing and Communication for WNM Ventures, LLC, owner, and Editor-In-Chief of Vision & Purpose (V&P) LifeStyle Magazine LLC, the Host of The I Am Dr. Sharon Show.
Dr. Sharon is an educator, best-selling author, publisher. She is the Visionary Author and publisher of the Women Who Lead book series, the Next In Line to Lead book series, the Maryland World/ North Carolina Girl Book Series and the HBCU Experience Anthology book series.
She is the Executive Director of The Next In Line to Lead Aspiring Principal Leadership Academy (APLA), and the Founder of the Young Ladies Who L.E.A.D. Mentoring Program.
Dr. Sharon is a member of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA), International Women’s Association (IWA), Professional Women of Winston-Salem (PWWS), Sisters 4 Sisters Network Inc, and an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council. She serves on the Board of Advisors for Envision, Lead, Grow (ELG), is a part of the Executive Team of Black Women Education Leaders (BWEL). She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Dr. Sharon is a graduate of Howard University, Walden University, Johns Hopkins University, National Louis University, Winston-Salem State University, and a part of the 2019 Cohort of the Harvard School of Education Women In Leadership.

Dawn Marie Bornheimer is an industry leader with a unique combination of interpersonal, business and strategic skills. Her 18 years of professional experience have taken her from classroom teacher to world-class sales and marketing executive. As the Director Healthcare Partnerships for Kognito, she leads the strategic expansion efforts to bring experiential learning opportunities to current and future healthcare providers.
From being a vital part of a team that that generated $1.4M in sales, a full 10% increase over the previous year, to increasing reading and math skills by 20% as an educator, or mentoring high-potential professionals to make the most out of their leadership potential, Dawn has formulated her own unique brand of secret sauce that has allowed her to parlay each experience into an opportunity for even greater success.
A frequent speaker on the topic of leadership, Dawn strives to help support young girls and women to find their voice. She believes that through mentoring and being mentored, we all play an essential role in our individual and collective success.

Monica is an immensely enthusiastic hairstylist, philanthropist, salon owner, and has vast experience operating in the health and beauty industry. She is equipped with a formidable blend of skills and knowledge of beatification and hairstyling that enable her to beautify others in the most fascinating of manners. Monica is a proud owner of two (2) hair salons, one being The Hair Company USA and the other being The Hair Company for Kids. Monica has worked as a hairstylist at numerous different salons and has many years of experience working as a professional hairstylist. Monica’s love and admiration for hairstyling enabled her to transition her passion into a profession.
In her career as a professional hairstylist, Monica has learned a remarkably diversified set of skills that have assisted in serving the health and beauty industry in the greatest of manners. Besides her incredible skills, Monica’s ability to interact effectively with her clients has aided her in maintaining a large fan base and in enhancing her repertoire as a hairstylist. Monica’s primary objective as a beautician is to revolutionize the lives of victims of domestic and sexual violence through the process of beautification. Monica holds remarkable skills as a stylist, and her high level of precision and creativity assist her in the execution of creative hairstyles with a high degree of excellence.
Monica began The Hair Company USA in 2007, which gradually climbed the ladder of success and became a highly successful business in a short time. Expanding her career as an entrepreneur, Monica began her second salon in the year 2014, under the name, The Hair Company for Kids. In the same year, she began her career as a business coach from the formation of Salon Success Secrets in the year 2014. As a business coach, her objective is to use her vast knowledge and experience of working in the hairstyling industry to assist and guide others in making a name for themselves in today’s highly competitive business world. She uses her business knowledge to build up a positive approach and helps in the construction of a productive business mindset in aspiring entrepreneurs.
Monica has also served as the President of Rich Angels Community Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization whose goal is to help in solving the humanitarian issues in the Capitol Heights area of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Monica also initiated her I Am Pretty Powerful Campaign with an ambition to work on the empowerment of women all across the globe.
